Dear Valued Customers,

Before you proceed to subscribe e-browse, kindly read the following requirements below:
1) Currently e-browse plug-in only supports Microsoft Internet Explorer.
2) e-browse only allows a single user to login a particular account at any one time.
3) At least 512kbps broadband is recommended in order to provide a better user experience.
4) e-browse requires special plug-in. Please try the trial publication on the landing page before you proceed to subscribe.

    START

    1. Go to http://ebrowse.bluehyppo.com.
    2. Click one of the trial publications.


    3. If this is the first e-browse is running on your PC, the e-browse plug-in will be automatically installed to your web browser. A security warning may appear when e-browse try to install the plug-in. For user using Window Vista click here for the setting.
    4. Click on the Yes button and you’ll see language selection. Select your preferred language and then click the OK button.


    5. Should the automatic plug-in installation fail, you can also manually download and install the plug-in. Download the plug in on the e-browse landing page.


    6. Run or open the file, and click Yes to install the Innotive iBrowser completely.


    7. Click one of the trial publications. If and empty window appears, click Install ActiveX Control.


    8. Select English language and then click the OK button.


    9. If you’re accessing the Internet through firewall, e-browse will show a dialog box requesting confirmation to switch to “behind firewall” mode. Click on Switch button.


    10. If you're still having problem viewing, please check your ActiveX setting.

     


    ACTIVEX SETTING

    To enable e-browse plug-in in the web browse, you need to ensure the web browser has the following ActiveX setting.

    1) In Internet Explorer, click on Tools, Internet Options, and then Security tab.



    2) Click on Custom Level... button.



    3) Make sure in the Settings: window,
    a. Download signed ActiveX controls is set to Prompt or Enable.
    b. Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins is set to Prompt or Enable.

    4) Then click the OK button to commit setting changes.

    5) You need to restart your web browser (Internet Explorer) for the changes to take effect.

     

     


    WINDOW VISTA SETTING

    To install ebrowse plug-in in Windows Vista Business (64bit), the administrator's permission is required. Therefore, you should run Internet Explorer with "Run as Administrator" after right-clicking on Internet Explorer menu.

    1) Click download plug-in and run the file until completed.


    2) Click Run.



    3) Click Yes.



    4) Click Ok.



    5) Click This program installed correctly.



    6) Click Tools, select Internet Options.



    7) Click Privacy. Uncheck the Turn on Pop-up Blocker box and choose Advanced.



    8) Tick Override automatic cookie handling and tick Accept for First-party cookies and Third-party cookies. Then click Ok.



    9) Then, click your publication. Install the ActiveX Control.



    10) Once finished, refresh the page or exit and click the publication again.

     

    STEPS TO SUBSCRIBE

    1) Login or register as Bluehyppo member.



    2) Click Add Subscriptions.


    3) Select your preferred publication.

    4) Choose the package. Click Next.



    5) Choose payment method whether tmnet prepaid card, postpaid (streamyx) or credit card. Click Next.



    6)If you choose to pay using credit card, please make sure you are using Internet Explorer or else you cannot complete the payment process. Please fill in the Credit Card Holder Name and Preferred email address. Then click Next.



    7) Confirm payment, click Yes.


     


    a) Prepaid Process Flow

    1) Once you confirm the payment, you will be directed to TM Net Micropayment page. Key in username and password. Choose Service Type 1515.



    2) Key in the registered IC number of your 1515 account and click proceed. Once completed, the amount is deducted from your prepaid amount. Go to My Subscription page and now you can enjoy your publication.



     


    b) Postpaid Process Flow (Streamyx)

    1) Once you confirm the payment, you will be directed to TM Net Micropayment page. Key in username and password. Choose Service Type Streamyx.



    2) Key in the registered IC number of your Streamyx account and click proceed. Once completed, the amount is charged into your next Streamyx bill. Go to My Subscription page and now you can enjoy your publication.


     


    c) Credit Card Process Flow

    1) Fill in the User Information fields and click Submit.




    2) This page will show whether you transaction success or failed. Then click Proceed.




    3) You will be directed to e-browse page. If your transaction success, now you can enjoy the publication. Click the logo of the publication under My subscriptions.



     


    CREDIT CARD SETTING

    1) Open Internet Explorer browser.

    2) Click Tools on Toolbar and then select Internet Options.

    3) The Internet Option window will be displayed. Click on the Privacy tab. Then click on Advanced... button.



    4) Tick on Override automatic cookie handling check box and do tick on Accept for both First-party Cookies and Third-party Cookies.



    5) Finally, click on OK button to finish up the setting process.

    6) Setting on how to turn off Pop-up Blocker. Open Internet Explore (IE) browser. Then, click on Tools at menu bar. Select Pop-up Blocker and click on Turn Off Pop-up Blocker. The service will be off.



     

    BASIC NAVIGATION

    1. Left click your mouse to zoom in to a specific section for better readability and sharper image.
    2. Right click your mouse to zoom out for more content.
    3. Left click and drag the mouse to move around the page or use the navigation arrow to do the same function.



    4. Press the left or right arrow key on your keyboard to move to the previous or next page respectively. Alternatively, you can also click on the flip page icon at the bottom corner of the page (in 2 page view).
    5. Use the navigation bar for other menu and navigation choices.

     


    NAVIGATION BAR



    1. Select publication date. Default is today's date and archived up to 7 days.
    2. Select sections within the publication to quickly go to the first page of that section.



    3. Go to first page.
    4. Go to previous page.
    5. Go to next page.
    6. Go to last page.
    7. Go to specified page.
    8. View in 2 page format.
    9. View in mosaic format.



    10. Zoom in.
    11. Zoom out.
    12. Magnifying glass to quickly enlarge a certain section.



    13. Show page index. You can click on any page in the page index to quickly move to that particular page.
    14. Show clipping rectangle, where you can resize the rectangle to mark a specific section within the page. Use in conjunction with save and print feature.
    15. Save clipping to a file. The file can be saved in JPG or BMP format.
    16. Print clipping.
    17. Close and exit e-browse.
